maize.PLUS's services are provided by H-FARM S.p.A, with registered office in Roncade, Via Sile n. 41 (TV), 31056, VAT Number 03944860265 (the “Licensor”).

H-FARM is a venture incubator, specialized – among other things – in activities for the selection and training of start-ups and also carrying out marketing, communications and consulting activities in the technology sectors relating to the Internet, software, digital transformation and web communications in general. We have developed the online platform maize.PLUS, hereinafter also referred to as “Platform”, enriched with so-called “training” contents (the “Contents”), implemented and made available to you, as entitled user to access and use the platform (the “User”).

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Platform, its Contents and services (the “Services”).
These Terms are referred to a previous License Agreement (the “Agreement”) signed between the Licensor and the company which authorized you, as an employee and/or a client, to use the Platform and its Services (the "Company").
Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and its Services immediately.
If you have any questions about these Terms or the Agreement, you may ask the Company for clarification.

In these Terms, references to “we” or “us” are to H-FARM S.p.A., while references to “you” or “your” are references to you as a User.
2. Limitations
The access to the Platform is granted with the following limitations:
  • The Platform and the relevant Services shall be accessed and used exclusively by the User;
  • The User may access the Platform and the Services related to it exclusively by using the credentials provided to the same upon registration on the Platform;
  • The User shall not provide its Platform access credentials to any third party, undertaking as from now any and every liability that may derive from sharing the Platform access credentials with third parties;
  • In any case, the User undertakes the liability for any damage caused directly or indirectly, resulting from the improper use of the Platform according to the instructions provided by this Terms and reported on the same Platform;
  • The User shall not transfer, distribute, sell, resell or dispose of the Platform (including its Contents) or the Services related thereto, or sub-license the Platform to third parties, not even for educational or demo purposes;
  • The User shall not use the Services and the Platform in any way that may allow the creation of derivative works, or the distribution to third parties of copies of material covered by copyright.
3. Copyright Policy
All rights, titles and interests including, by way of example without limitations: patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial secrets and any other right relating to the Services (and, consequently, to the Contents) and to the Platform and any and every confidential information thereof are exclusively owned by the Licensor. Therefore, the User agrees not to undertake or cause any action that may be prejudicial to the right, title and interest of the latter, including its property right.
4. Revisions to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after the publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
